As I stood on the stage at the Lagos Business School (LBS) on the 10th of October, talking about how parents can stem the tide of suicide and depression amongst youths, I had an “aha moment”. America’s Got Talent (AGT) is one of those shows that I find inspiring and heartwarming. The show has a way of getting my wheels churning. AGT 2019 didn’t fail to deliver on learning points for me.
