Going by the news one hears of the various issues (drugs, depression, suicide, cyber-bullying…) our children are increasingly exposed to, the need to ensure that they are equipped to “do life” successfully is becoming more and more apparent. Beyond academics, parents and educators need to be more deliberate about empowering children, teenagers and young adults with core values & life skills that they need to safely and successfully navigate the different phases of life online and offline.
In this free eBook (my very first – yayyyyy!!!) I share tips on how parents can start having age-appropriate conversations with their children from as early as age 3, on drugs and substance abuse. Feel free to download and share with family and friends – they will be glad you did and I would be very happy to get your feedback.
Enjoy!

Charity, I just read your ebook and I thought it was really nice. I like that you have possible solutions to the issues and I like the fact that they were highlighted in different font colours…I like the fact that it was set in a conversational piece and I have rehearsed how to have the conversation with my children from the book. I’m like “How did she say it again? What did she say again?”
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!
