Someone said to me “the last line is incomplete”. I explained that it was deliberate. Somehow I suspect that deep down as parents, we know what to do but striking that balance between being a friend and a parent is the tricky part.

You know that “knowing” (not paranoia or fear), that gut feeling, that inner voice, learn to identify it and trust it. It’s been found to be a parents ‘best friend’😊
